I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS to Byrne's Garage for an air conditioning issue. The Cadillac dealership didn't have a new AC compressor in stock, so Byrne's sourced an aftermarket one for the repair. Unfortunately, that compressor ended up having internal issues — it contained metal shavings, which caused the system not to cool properly. I took the car back in, and they gave me a ride home. After inspecting it, they found that the shavings from the faulty aftermarket compressor had damaged other parts of the AC system. The additional repairs came to around $800, but Byrne's covered that cost entirely and installed another new compressor at no extra charge to me. They also provided rides to and from the shop and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m extremely satisfied with their service — they stood by their work and made things right, even when it cost them out of pocket. I highly recommend Byrne's Garage. They're friendly, honest, and deliver A+ service.

I'd been putting of getting my tires checked for a slow leak. I had to keep airing my front tires every few weeks. So I finally took it in to my mechanics - Byrne's Garage in New Albany. Turns out the valve stems on both tires were missing! Anyway, they took it right away and it didn't take long to replace them. I'm so glad I was referred to Byrne's a few years ago.
